- All Fickleknitter Patterns are sold as Instant Download PDFs. A PDF is a document that can be read on different platforms such as a PC or Mac. An email with a download link will be sent automatically after payment.
- How soon after payment will I receive my Knitting Pattern?
- All Patterns are emailed instantly after paypal payment. The emails are automatically generated with a convenient download link for your new pattern!
- Which email address will you use to send me my Fickleknitter Patterns?
- The email address attached to your paypal address is used.
- What if I have trouble downloading my new Fickleknitter pattern?
- Use the contact form to let me know and I'll send you a PDF copy.
- What if my hard drive blows up and all my fabulous Fickleknitter patterns are lost in the ether?
- If you lose your pattern PDFs through hard drive failure, naughty gnomes, or operator error please contact me and I will replace your digital product. I'll ask some basic purchase information and then send you replacement PDFs at no charge.

- Are Paper copies of your patterns available?
- Paper copies of patterns are available by special request. Buyer is responsible for shipping. If you would prefer a paper copy of any Fickleknitter Patterns please contact me and I will arrange payment.
