I ran a mile in 13:20 today. I think I'm running faster because I'm 10 lbs lighter, and thanks to the asthma medication, Advair. Now when I'm short of breath it's because my heart and lungs are pumping, not because I'm having an asthma attack. It's a new experience! But an exciting one.
This is the animal that wakes me up at 4:30am so I can let in his co-conspirator in crime, Geiger the Cat.
He also reminds me it's laundry time by dragging socks and underthings all over the house. Cute, no?
In knitting news, I've only made incremental progress. So I won't bother with pictures. Just imagine a few more inches done on the last installment pictures. But If you're curious I am not shopping for yarn and new projects! (Hah)

    Hey you,
That is so amazing, you are just a work out guru. I still haven’t hit the gym, still planning on it. (I am weak, didn’t go to gym, went shopping instead) And your time, that is so great. So proud of you. I shall let you inspire me.
That picture of Baxter is sooo cute. I love it.

That’s so funny! My dog Casey does the same thing with his back legs and sometimes his front legs at the same time. When he does that he’s about 8 feet long. Hilarious.
