Mail Call

A few weeks ago I had a discussion with Lori, another stay at home Mama about how the walk to the mailbox was a high point of the day. That really rang true today.
This is what greeted me at the mailbox.
I had an idea that a highly anticipated Sockapalooza package sent by Lori of Sticksnstring was on it's way, but I was in no way prepared for the incredible goodies within.
There are some remarkable people in the world, ones who do kind things for others without expectation of any sort of return for their effort. I participated last year in the Sockapalooza exchange only I didn't get any socks.
Lori chose me to knit for to make up for last year. I am so thrilled with everything she sent I can't even soak it all in. I mean the baby socks, the tote, the baby tee rocked my world, and there was the cd, the soap, the sock yarn, the chocolate, the jellybeans, the card but most of all the care and consideration she took while putting together this overwhelmingly awesome package. It could be the jellybeans talking, but Lori your hard work and thoughtfulness brings a tear to my eye. From the bottom of my heart I thank you!
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to frolic with my new goodies!

I’m just glad that you like it and I really hope that the socks fit!
