Sometimes the simplest of things elude me.
Resulting in catastrophic gauge issues. Just be glad my finger isn't on the button. Because I can't distinguish a between US 3 knitting needle and US 6 knitting needle (that's a 0.75mm difference, very visible to the normal naked eye).
At least I can keep my units straight. The gauge swatch knit on the size US 3 knitting needles was a half an inch smaller, meaning my sweater was 6 inches larger than it should have been. And also? Knitting a thick yarn on such small needles made my hands hurt. To which I say...Doh! It's a good thing I learned a long time ago being normal is not one of my attributes.
Toddler Tracker Hat
I'll be amending the current Tracker Hat pattern to add the Toddler size soon. Meanwhile I'm running three patterns on sale for the Holiday Season.
Mama Janes for $3.99
Baby Janes for $3.29
Follow the Bouncing Ball for $2.49
All three are fast knits, perfect for holiday gift giving!

But they’re the same color. Surely they’re the same size.
Actually it’s slightly unnerving to me that I can distinguish most needle sizes nowadays. It’s helpful, mind you, but unnerving.
That cap is cute! Maya is cuter though.

It took me a moment to get the title of that hat. Toddler Tracker. You could find her anywhere in that color—well done!
