Bride of Frakenstein 3
I've been doing a lot of spinning lately. I'm in constant flux between making art yarn and more traditional yarns. And I have a huge order of undyed fiber coming in so keep an eye out for more hand dyed fiber! This one is called "Bride of Frakenstein."
intergalactic planetary 3
"Intergalactic Planetary"
copper 2
"Copper" (A super squishy 3 ply with purple glittery yarn)
zig zag hat
New hat design on the needles, this one is knit flat.
home grown tomatoes
The tomato plants I purchased at a Farmer's Market in Los Gatos yielded tasty fruit. Especially with a generous sprinkle of sea salt. I'd show you photos of the orange cherry tomatoes but they seem to have...disappeared. It also appears a pest is munching on my broccoli and swish chard leaves. Bugs like pesticide free organic produce too it seems.
Tonight I'm going to send out my first Fickle Knitter Newsletter. I'm offering a special $5 gift certificate for subscribers which is good in my etsy shop and my pattern shop. So if you've had your eye on something now is a great time to buy! Sign ups for the newsletter are on the left under Subscribe for Pattern Updates.
Happy Tuesday!

Those yarns are in the words of Mathias “alicious”!!! I especially love the copper.
My spinning is still……sucking for lack of a better word. But I’m determined.
Ooo that’s a cool hat! Dude where do you find the extra hours in the day to do all this?
I love tomatoes, yum! Stupid bugs need to lay off yours. I think you can use chili powder mixed in water as a pesticide. Just wash off your fruit/veggies before you eat them or they’ll be spicy. Then again that could be yummy too.
