It's been a dicey few weeks but I've managed to publish two new patterns in beautiful Artyarns provided by Simple Triangle Shawl and Easy Arrow scarf have been test knit and tech edited to present the best pattern possible. And don't worry, plenty of iced tea and cake was consumed in order to bring you these lovely patterns just in time for Rhinebeck. Click on each photo to visit my pattern shop where both patterns are now for sale at $5.00 each.

Simple Triangle Shawl This quick-to-knit triangle lace shawlette is simple and elegant with its lovely, knit-on lace edging. The shawlette is knit predominantly in stockinette stitch with some triple yarn over detailing to create the flower motif. The silk mohair gives the knit a dreamy, filmy quality that floats in air. The Simple Triangle Shawl has written instructions and charted instructions. The pattern has been tested, edited, and is presented in a clear manner.

Easy Arrow ScarfI f you never know what to do with those amazing skeins of handpainted yarn Easy Arrow Scarf is the prefect solution. Easy Arrow Scarf is a simple two color scarf specially designed to use one skein of hand painted yarn and one skein of semi solid or a solid yarn. Written instructions are provided for the chart, so you may work from the chart or the written instructions. When choosing your colors consider picking two that are across from each other on the color wheel for maximum impact. Warmer colors will pop more giving more of a contrast.

Check back for more patterns coming soon. As in tomorrow soon!
