On the day I die
On the day I die, when I'm being carried toward the grave, don't weep. Don't say, "she's gone, she's gone." Death has nothing to do with going away. The sun sets and the moon sets, but they're not gone...Death is a coming together....Your mouth closes here and immediately opens with a shout of joy there.

Miriam is telling you to celebrate life instead of grieving for her death… she was a smart woman.

I know it is hard but the next time you go to do something that reminds you of your beautiful sister, instead of tears (or through the tears for a while) do it to honor her. It sounds silly but it helped me when I lost someone close to me. Instead of crying because something was loved by them, I learned to rejoice and celebrate.

It takes time but know that one day, without any warning or fanfare, you too will get there. Love and light to you and yours.
